2. About the Service

- Nickname
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Login password
This information will be stored on our servers. You must ensure that the information you provide complies with applicable laws and regulations. Otherwise, we reserve the right to modify or delete such information.
(2) Account Usage
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account, including but not limited to:
- Entering into agreements
- Browsing
- Purchasing and payments
- Posting, uploading, or entering any content
All such actions will be deemed as your own actions.
You must not share your account with others. Doing so may result in account suspension or termination.
(3) Value-Added Services (Subscription Services)
Subscription services refer to paid services (monthly or annual) that provide additional features or privileges within OneDiary.
These services may be provided by OneDiary or authorized third parties.

OneDiary may:

- Adjust existing services

The benefits you receive may vary depending on:

You understand and agree that due to differences in:
- Device
- Operating system
- App version
- Third-party factors
the actual features available to you may vary.
You agree not to hold OneDiary liable for any inconvenience caused by such differences.
3. Rights and Obligations
(1) Fees
This is a paid service. You must pay the applicable fees before accessing the service.
OneDiary reserves the right to:
- Adjust pricing
- Modify service details
Any changes will be displayed on the relevant service pages. Please review the latest pricing and terms before purchasing.
(2) Subscription Activation
You must activate the service through official channels such as:
- Apple In-App Purchase (IAP)
- Google Play Billing
- Alipay recurring payments
Once activated:
- Subscriptions are non-transferable
- Subscriptions are generally non-refundable, unless required by applicable law or platform policy
You must not obtain the service through:
- Commercial or non-personal purposes
- Automated tools (bots, crawlers, scripts, etc.)
- Fraudulent or dishonest means
- Unauthorized channels
- Methods that infringe legal rights of OneDiary or others
- Any illegal means
(3) Service Duration
The duration of the service depends on the subscription plan you select and pay for.
Maximum subscription periods may be subject to platform or policy limitations.
(4) User Conduct
You agree not to use the service for any of the following activities:
- Violating laws or regulations
- Threatening national security, social stability, or public order
- Publishing illegal, obscene, defamatory, or violent content
- Infringing intellectual property or other legal rights
- Misleading or deceiving others
- Sending spam or advertisements
- Any other unlawful or unethical conduct
- Using fonts or materials from the app for commercial purposes without authorization
You are fully responsible for all content you post and all consequences arising from your actions.
(5) Service Changes, Suspension, or Termination
Due to the nature of internet services, OneDiary may:

Your lawful rights will be protected in accordance with applicable laws.
4. Liability for Breach
If your actions violate this Agreement and cause damage to any third party, you shall bear full responsibility.
If OneDiary suffers losses as a result, you shall compensate accordingly.
